My daughter said Williams looked good while watching and wondered why Griffis was starting. My response was that I think he knew the offense better at the start and that Williams should be the guy long term, once the coaches are comfortable with opening the offense for him. Both should play this week. Williams needs game reps and Griffis does bring energy to the position. I honestly would be ok with Williams being the starter in October and Griffis coming in for a few series a game to provide a changeup.
