After the Terps went 3 and out to start the 3rd quarter and VT went down and scored, the bulk of the students got up in what looked like total unison and left. At the end of the 3rd when Malik trip to flip a 10 yard pass out to the sidelines on 4th down, another large swath of regular fans left. That's actually the point where you could see the ratio of MD to Tech fans in the stands...because that's when you could really see how many Tech fans were in the stadium. It looked to me like a 65-35 MD:VT ratio for the game. Of course, I left in that second wave of departures.
