It's going to be hilarious when every program expects their new coach to be Cignetti, and fires them for only going 8-5 in Year 2.
The portal has absolutely compressed timelines for turnarounds (nobody is going to accept a "bamboo growing" period anymore), but I would strongly disagree that whatever we are in Year 2 under Chesney is our ceiling. Nobody should be expecting a Cignetti turnaround or timeline.
