UCLA Football Spring Review and Evaluations: Offensive Line
Summary
UCLA OL has playable depth but lacks elite talent (Brooks exception); rotation risk prevents cohesion unlike defense; trusts Smith's process.
Feels like there’s a lot of playable depth here, but a lack of high end talent (besides maybe Brooks). Unlike on defense, where being able to rotate guys in and out to stay fresh is an advantage, my concern would be that the guys who end up starting don’t get the chance to really gel and build a cohesive unit.
then again, I’m a fan of Smith and trust his process for delivering a productive line.
