Shep to Nix is a push both outstanding coaches/recruiters Kap to Klemm big upgrade Sherridan to Ellis a push Nick is great QB coach recuiter & better OC than some give credit Ellis is great as well both played the position & both Had OC exp Ellis was considered a young up and comer as OC at GA Southern if Grubb ever gets a HC opportunity look for CKD to either bring back Sherridan or promote Ellis Ellis to Owens upgrade Ellis was solid but Owens played position at highest level & brings a physicallity mindset to position room that Ellis didn't Personel upgrades on DL, at TE added a bruiser in Ford, a healthy Lewis & another year of exp/weightroom for Edwards/Pritchett& Lindsey. OL room complete housecleaning/overhaul now room is full of players that match the physical profile they want in OL just my opinion
