Favorite Huskers who had the injury bug
Summary
Injury: Bobby never got back that next gear after the injury against La Tech.
This!
Bobby never got back that next gear after the injury against La Tech. Was still good enough to beat out Crouch in spring ball and fall camp after that. Still wish Frank woulda let crouch quit, and kept Newcombe at QB. That game against UCLA with Newcombe and Deangelo Evans running Frankie’s option was amazing! Thought for sure huskers we’re gonna win 2-3 more nattys with that duo.
