After Keli negotiates Greg’s buyout she can announce publicly that Greg will not be returning to RU next season. The message gets out that RU is looking for a HC and Greg finishes out the season, as I believe he would prefer. This will maintain continuity on the team for the rest of the season. This is preferable to firing Greg soon and naming an interim HC from the staff (Nunzio 2.0) and the divided loyalties that will come with that. In hindsight the short reign of Nunzio as RU HC was a low point for RU FB in recent times. No need to repeat that mistake.
