Our fans are calling them out for their blocking. Bennett Christian has been here 4 years. He cannot block. Our coaches have a stud HB and blocking TE on the bench and continue to trot Christian out there and he cannot block. I like the Bison exactly for that reason. It gives Cook live reps for next year and he can actually block. If you run 12 or 13 personell and the TE doesn't do his job the play is getting blown up. The 4th and 2 against Texas Christian allowed penatration and the play got blown up. IMO we should be in 11 personell the majority of the time. Our coaches refuse to sit Christian. Last year he had a game where his blocking was around 20% according to PFF....they continued to trot him out there and wonder why the running game wasn't working. Either play the guys that can block or scrap it altogether. Nobody in their right mind thinks we have a great pass catching TE. The blocking is 100000 times more important. The 1 TE we have that can block is riding the pine.
