If you had to fire one coach on the coaching staff right now, who would it be and why?

The one thing I'm holding out hope for is this coaching staff tends to view the first 2-3 games as practice. We've seen this in years past. They don't bring real game plans, they're ultra vanilla, they rotate guys constantly, etc. And then when the "real" games start (never mind that we lost one of our practices) they have real game plans and real rotations and suddenly things look better. I'm just hoping that's the case.
