For Ole Miss' 2026 Florida game, Pete Golding said Kewan Lacy's left-shoulder MRI brought better news than feared, with rehabilitation and monitored practice reps continuing. Golding called him a game-time decision. Neal McCready expects him to sit with an open date next, but that is the reporter's view, not a confirmed absence.

Ole Miss' Makhi Frazier missed the 2026 LSU game after being banged up in practice and having limited reps, Golding said. JT Lindsey received the extra practice work and most of the second-half backfield work against LSU. That explains Lindsey's recent readiness and usage; it does not confirm the Florida backfield order or clear Frazier to play.
