The reason Todd looked back at the QB is because he was in zone and would eventually have let the WR go, leaving it all on the safety. I think Q. Davis actually might've been the Tampa zone here, seeing the way the other players shifted to their hook/curl zones. He is probably more at fault here than T. Davis, but also I don't think he was the best person to be responsible for that coverage. T. Davis didn't do well here at all, but he would've had to have been perfect to even have a chance at breaking that up.
