Once we got the TCO, knowing it’s hardly more than a shell with a turf field at that point, then the question is about what ASM stated. Sure it’s usable but not much more than for specific training, needing minimal practice equipment and resources. It is being used by other sports teams, mainly because they don’t need as much equipment. That’s a good thing but far from being the eventual facility we hope it is.
