This includes a modern approach to how the entire sport/industry works. There are some good coordinators out there that would love this job IMO & would not require $10M or even $8M perhaps. These are also younger guys inside high octane monsters that under how to modernize in today’s game. I think it’s fair to want us to vet that^ before rushing to cozy up to a guy who’s best days were 10-15 years ago, who hasn’t coached in going on 3-4 years, who has show zero signs of being a generous “discount coach” & who probably doesn’t have the best relationship with the big money people when compared to the field.
