Two key members of the Penn State offense are game-decisions for Saturday's Big Ten opener against Wisconsin at Beaver Stadium. The Nittany Lions announced the statuses two hours before game time as part of the Big Ten's mandated pregame availability report. That means it will be wait and see for Penn State offensive lineman Brock Riker, the team's starting center, and tight end Andrew Rappleyea, one of three starters at tight end. Riker and Rappleyea were both listed as questionable on the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday availability reports released by Penn State. Offensive lineman Dominic Rulli, who has played exclusively on special teams this season, is also a game-time decision after he was listed as questionable during the week. Safety Omarion Davis and wide receiver Ethan Black were listed as probable Friday night, and they are also listed as game-time decisions. No. 13 Penn State (3-0) and Wisconsin (2-1) are scheduled to meet at 5 p.m. ET at Beaver Stadium. The game will be streamed on Peacock and televised on NBC Sports Network. The Nittany Lions opened as double-digit favorites over the Badgers. See the Lions247 expert predictions here. Keep up with all of Lions247's game day updates here.
