Yea he’s the guy if you’re happy with 8-4 records every year. As good as a hire we felt it was on day 1, it’s always going to be very hard for any former qb to have the ability instill a tough hard nose mentality on a team. These players don’t really fear him. Same way the bear Alexander penalty cost us a few years ago, like clockwork it happened again today. Plus it don’t help that we can’t stop a nose bleed.
