Last night sucked but we lost by 1 score on the road against a ranked team with a Heisman caliber QB. Not the end of the world. I’m a bit more bullish on the roster. So remaining prediction: -Florida: Loss, I do think this will be very close, though. It’s winnable at home. -Texas A&M: Win, the Aggies are bordering on dumpster fire territory. -Ole Miss: Loss, again it’ll be close. Our defense will slow them down just enough but we won’t get it done on offense to win. -Arkansas: Win, pretty obvious -Texas: Loss, I don’t think this will be the blow out loss some believe. But similar to Ole Miss and Florida, we just don’t have enough to get it done. -Georgia: Loss, this will probably be every bit of the blow out loss we all believe. -Kentucky: Win, this could be much tougher than we expected but home game and I think we’re better. -Oklahoma: Win, we need to bury OU under Faurot by 40. That’s 7-5 and what I predicted before the season. Now that we’ve seen Simmons look solid (not perfect), it’s obvious this team could have gone 9-3 with a healthy Ahmad Hardy. We win last night with him. The Florida game will be massive for Drinkwitz getting the “can’t beat ranked teams” discourse off his back. They should be top 20 but I think it’ll be winnable.
