It’s also telling that none of the teammates or coaches got him under control once they knew what the situation was. That said…it wasn’t long ago that Adon was celebrating and taunting the WIS sideline following a hit that looked questionable in real time, and even on review, and clearly left a player dazed if not almost out for a second. I try to show some grace in these situations. Football is a violent and emotionally charged sport. Things happen in fractions of seconds. The adrenaline responses cloud judgement. Hopefully CLR owns it today or Monday. A suspension is called for but also not necessarily something we see often.
