However, you look at most programs in the SEC, and they've got problems of their own. The LSU team that beat A&M last night has holes. They're not great run blockers and their DLs are undersized. However, they're simply better coached. I didn't think the evals were that good in the portal. I talked to people off line about them, and almost all of the folks I talked to dismissed my concerns. The big thing is why are you doing what you're doing? Is that winning football? It's like 2022 all over again...no one wanted to worry about anything. 2025 meant that coaching could overcome personnel or that last year's personnel simply wasn't that good. But for example, I didn't see Reed's meltdown coming. I didn't foresee Sanford being a different player without York beside him. I didn't foresee Tyree Adams getting skinnier or some guys gaining weight.
