(original post) I think it’s as simple as Elko has created a culture that killed the program for at least this season and as long as he will be here. There is no... show more I really can’t get my head around how weak, stupid and uncompetitive we are right now. From the coaches to the players, it looks worse than in year one. No question. At least then, we were competitive. On offense our OLine should be improving with reps, but even when protection is there, our QB is simply ineffective unless the target is wide open. Even then, it’s no guarantee, he can make the throw accurately. That’s as checked out as you can get imo. I want to blame culture, but it looks like complete incompetence on the coaching staff. The next two weeks provide light weights in Arky and the citadel. After that, it’s several weeks of brutal reality checks with the schedule.
