Takeaways: Wisconsin secures upset win over No. 13 Penn State in thrilling fashion
Summary
RB: Great win, called it earlier in different thread… just wasn’t how I envisioned getting there.
Great win, called it earlier in different thread… just wasn’t how I envisioned getting there. In all seriousness, Joseph has to be better, these interceptions, for the most part, are on him. Missing open receivers continue to be an issue. It’s hard to understand because he looks lost and out of nowhere makes some absolutely incredible throws. I’ve been preaching playing faster tempo forever, having to use it the last two drives it seems clear they have the personnel to do it more often and Joseph looks more comfortable and in rhythm when they speed things up, obviously every drive you can’t but there are definitely times to go with tempo. My final take, I stand by my take that Dupree is a damn good RB and deserves the bulk of the playing time. He was as important, on the offensive side, as anyone in this win. Hopefully they can take care o business at home next week and build momentum and more importantly the confidence that they can compete with the best teams in the B10.
