We have serious developmental issues on this team. We have serious lack of fundamentals on defensive positions on this team. For the life of me, focus on the current moment! People who post this stuff on social media are tone deaf. I liked Huff. I thought he represented my school well as a head football coach. I didn't think he was all-world or any thing. He had some bad losses. But he won a championship here. Huff had talent on the roster whether you like it or not. He figured out in the end that he needed some better assistants & we had two darn good ones his last season........Doege & Crill. Cody Crill is big time. He did a great job here in one year. He did a great job at North Texas last season with the top ranked offense. Last night, his Oklahoma State line paved the way for over 600 yards in Morgantown, and that with a team that won one game last season. They have already beat Oregon and won in Morgantown. Guy was underrated here. If things don't get corrected on this team, we are staring down a record of 3-9 or 4-8 or 5-7. These other Sun Belt teams are building. Georgia State is 3-1 with the only loss a 14-point deficit at the Bounce House. South Alabama did well yesterday in Lexington. Nothing will be easy from here on out. It is time to fix our problems. Our problem right now is NOT Charles Huff. We are 1/3 done with the season and some things have not gotten corrected, but instead look to be worse as opposing coaches study our talent and lack of techniques. Our problem is Tony Gibson Terrible hire
