Talent level is not what it used to be. BUT, a good coach knows that it still is a TEAM GAME and coaches up his players in a disciplined system. We as Herd fans have accepted we can't compete for national championships at this level, and that was a bitter pill to swallow for those of us who experienced the glory days of Donnan and Pruett. However, we EXPECT to compete for Sun Belt championships on an annual basis and we should with what we put into football, our brand, and our fanbase. If we are not competing at that level, what exactly are we doing? Gibson is not up to this achievable level and he's got to go ASAP Go Herd!
