Hall was in the entire first half and that’s when Nebraska scored 24 points, including with two seconds left in the half (inexcusable). They had no sacks, no forced turnovers, few TFLs, no injuries on the DL, had key penalties that kept drives alive that resulted in TDs, allowed 50 percent 3rd down conversions, some on QB scrambles that were not contained. If you say that the effort was decent despite the injuries, I could agree to that. But their performance was bad against an unranked conference team playing its first road game/game against P4 competition. Low bar, low expectations, low performance.
