Texas was 9-3 last year and computer ratings slotted them in the top 10. Georgia Tech finished 9-3 last year and was rated 35. Which do you think was harder to beat? College football does not have scheduling parity. Drinkwitz not getting to the finish line in many big games is a concern. "wins against >. 500 teams/in conference" doesn't mean *****. Auburn finished 5-7 last year. Massey has them rated over 10 B12, b10, and ACC teams that finished with 7 or more wins. Use SOR, not raw record
