Colandrea's most endearing quality is his "can do" attitude. He is blue collar. He isn't going to whine about "not having elite talent everywhere around him" or anything to that effect at all. He is genuinely one of the guys and leads by his legit max effort at all times. You won't catch the kid moping about a drop or showing crap body language. He is a willing a$$ chewing motivator, not a cry baby whiner. He has 100% earned respect with his play and attitude with zero entitlement. Much better dynamic than we have seen in a long time from the QB spot in Lincoln.
