Wiscy had an offsides jumping the snap on the PSU goal line and the following play also jumped the snap perfectly time. their dline was getting some amazing jumps all game long. i wonder if they saw something on tape that they had a tell when the snap count would occur and beyond that, did they know when runs were going to happen. as you mention, they had a ton of guys at the ball whenever a run occurred.
