Dupree only has had 6 games over 10 carries, 3 were freshman year. The only game over 15 was 17 for 131 vs Illinois. RBs need some volume. Scattering 4-8 rushes a week don’t get them into a flow. Dupree has shown he can get north & south & snap some explosives. All we heard is we want to run the ball. We heard a lot this offseason about wanting to have a guy bell cow more this year. We heard about wanting to be RBU again. Staff says all this & the most carries a back has gotten in first 4 weeks is 11. Against MSU, bell cow Dupree, see what he can do with 15-20 carries. Establish having an RB presence. CJ shouldn’t be our bell cow & have to throw 35+ times on top of it.
