The things you should be questioning are why are the end of first half redzone play calling (well redzone play calling as a whole; RS seems not happy with Cramsey like we all are) and then calling a DA timeout after they've been driving on your butt and are at the 1 yard line on their scoring drive. If you're gonna call one, do it WAY earlier and kill their momentum. Not wait to the 1 yard line. I don't like using timeouts in second half for anything like that at all tbh. Save them all for late game scenarios.
