You said you would be shocked if we lost because CJS is an Alpha Coach. I pointed out that absolute, undisputed HOF Alpha Coaches have lost games they were expected to win, including games at home over huge underdogs, simply because of a lack of focus. So to believe it would be shocking for us to lose an SEC road game, to what was a ranked team until today, because CJS is an Alpha Coach, with his 2 SEC HC games under his belt, seems naive to me. We're only favored by about a FG, it doesn't matter that we're ranked 8th in the country and they aren't ranked this week. If our guys aren't laser focused all week in practice and on Saturday, we absolutely could lose. I think we should win, that we will win, but to think we're incapable of losing an SEC road game already is just fanciful. And you know what? If, God forbid, we did lose I'm still very confident that we're going to have a monster season. Preseason when Vegas had us at 6.5 wins, I said no way, that between Traut, BF and our roster 9-3 or better was on the table. That wasn't well received with most people saying 7-5 or 8-4 would be a successful season. My point is that I haven't seen anyone more optimistic about CJS, BF and this team than myself and I still recognize that we can lose SEC road games.
