Locksley never really forced his players to improve or forced them to become more accountable during practice. Locksley allows his players to be a little sloppy or a little slack, still thinking they can improve on their own. I really hoped that he would have figured this out by now.
I like the idea that someone earlier suggested that Jim Smith just suspend Locksley's coaching duties for the rest of the season, but not fire him.
