If supporters stop attending games, tuning into broadcasts, buying merchandise, and contributing to the athletic department or NIL collectives, the administration will notice the financial impact. In modern college football, attendance, television ratings, donor support, and fan engagement all matter. Withholding that support is one of the few meaningful ways fans can demand accountability and signal that maintaining championship-level standards is expected at Michigan.
