(Precious little evidence of that so far.) Spartan Ventures may help some, but a "for profit" venture isn't going to spin off $15M a year in money that can be spent on NIL. There are reasons to give a coach at least 3 years regardless of his record. There are also reasons not to. What's required, and has been required for some time, is either paying through the nose for a legit big time coach who generates some buzz, or paying through the nose for a an up and comer that everybody wants and can bring a bunch of kids with him.
