So, the QB must go under center - can't have them standing a few yards back to catch the ball. So, we must punt from the line of scrimmage as well. IMO, that scrimmage line should truly be a restraining line - so you can't start activity past that. I don't know why we treat it differently for kick offs - makes no sense.
