Some extra info from someone who saw this and reached out - Portal opened Friday Jan 2, Freeman stated in a staff meeting that the portal opened Monday Jan 5 and that they should be in the office Sunday Jan 4. Martin refuted this claim in a staff meeting and was chastised by Freeman for it. Not saying Freeman is a bad coach but it was a huge mistake for a staff that wasn't exactly busy in December.
