Our offense is good enough to do that all season. Notre Dame's defense, first of all is better than almost if not all the other defenses in the country. Second of all if an opposing offense could manage the type of consistent slow and steady as mentioned above, which i don't think many/if any could, against our defense then, yes 24plus points would be possible.
