Dickert and Faulkner are the obvious 2 top choices in my opinion but Vigen is intriguing. You don't get to 66-12 as a head coach without being good and it's not like Montana State was a traditional power FCS power before he got there. They had not won a conference championship in 10 seasons and had not won an NC since 1984. He has been there 5 seasons, won 3 conference championships, lost in the national semi-finals once, lost in the NCG twice and won a national championship last season. He's only 51 and won 3 national championships as the OC at ND State with Craig Bohl too. He's also got both Josh Allen and Carson Wentz on his resume as a QB coach/OC.
I like his staff too. He hired the CO School of Mines head coach as his OC and they run a pretty creative offense. He's got a few young guys on his staff with Texas ties and the young OL coach from Fresno looks like he could be a good one too. If you swing and miss for the two top guys on the list, you could save some money on Vigen and spend the extra $$$ on getting players.
