What I can't understand is how many in the media drastically overestimated this team. We have experienced sports people at 10-2 plus CFP, 3 guys at 9-3. Top 2 Top 25 polls had us at 17 and 19 pre-season I think. All knew RB was a BIG question mark and potential weakness. But all had our O line as a real strength. Maybe when Landen comes back all will be OK there and our season's year end forecast (and actuality?) will be better. But now I'm reading Demond holds the ball too long and can't get through his progressions to make a decent throw. Serious stuff, no? For someone touted as a possible Heisman candidate. He was rated the 6th or 7th best QB in one top national poll. I've gotta train myself to not trust what I read (so much).
