In a practical sense sticking to only the remaining 8 games of this season - the biggest “risk” for UW would be multiple embassaring losses on Nationally televised games. Like losing by 30 to USC & Oregon or losing by 40 to Indiana at home. It’s different if UW flights but loses by 3-7 points. The AD and higher ups can possibly show some patience and explanation for multiple losses if they are close and talk about losing RB’s and young O-linemen. What they cannot ignore is multiple embarrassing losses and the noise it will generate.
