We're staring down a pretty significant mess here, and really need to see something positive on field in the next couple of weeks. My guess is he will get 1 more year regardless, but again, we've been down this road before - when you know somebody isn't the guy, it does not make sense to wait just because of an extra $8 million on the buyout.
