The ruling affirmed an Allegheny County judge?s decision to dismiss Pitt?s declaratory judgment action against the Marshall University Board of Governors. https://www.herald-dispatch.com/sports/marshall_sports/marshall-football-dismissal-of-pitt-lawsuit-over-canceled-game-with-herd-upheld/article_79577fea-11b9-4df0-8bc8-eae2e7a9ae3d.html Here is a good article on what happened with game. https://www.si.com/college/pittsburgh/football/marshall-sues-pitt-panthers-backing-out-game I expect there to be a judgment in Cabell County after trial that starts tomorrow, from what I've been told. Or maybe a settlement now that the PA appellate court sided with Marshall. Collecting is another matter, however.
