First 3r... show more You've made a good observation about B1G officiating allowing some holding by the visitor's OL. However, the tactical skill required for defeating B1G holding on both sides of the ball may require more experience than development of young OLmen. The B1G is a conference where I believe tough physical football has traditinally been the norm. Huskies in the distant past have excelled at tough physical play in the trenches at the line-of-scrimmage, especially when competing with BIG champions in multiple Rose Bowls. Could it be that something known as West Coast Offense has slowly and adversely affected Husky physicality in the trenches where QB's and RB's roam? It's evident from some commentary on-line by media experts concluding that in addition to Husky OL struggles and RB injuries, Demond's performance at QB has been far less than expected. Be prepared for some media speculation that our QB transfer scandal of last Winter is part of the problem with the Husky offence.
