Fernando was not totally lights out his first 4 games last season, but was a steady progression all year, with confidence building along the way. Hoover is a film rat, he's got Tino/Shennehan/Cig guiding him. Talented WRs, and likely Turbo and Khobie coming back to RB room. The OL against the big boys (OSU, UM, USC, WA) might be where I'd be more focused. They haven't seen as fully aligned as last year yet either. But one thing about a Cig team, they tend to correct errors, keep improving and keep winning. My guess is that trend will continue and Josh will continue to build his sea legs along the way.
