Winning 3 games a year was an accomplishment. Unless you've been in their shoes, there's no way to comprehend it. Younger alumni have enjoyed much more success obviously over the years and expectations have risen. Winning 8-9 games in b2b years in the 90's would've been celebrated with a parade...joking, but you get the gist. The one thing the older alumni understad is they have seen the dark ages of this program. Real dark ages of winning 1-2 games a year. This program is not in the dark ages (right now) like they saw.
