These roster budgets are $40 million plus and going up each season. Everyone pitching in $100 isn't going to cut it. You basically have to ask the big boosters for big checks every season to get and keep your players. The problem is, you also have to ask them for the money to buy out your coach as well. Cutting your roster budget isn't an option and your new coach is going to want to know what his budget is for players. So it is about finding a way to do all of it.
