Coach Shephard: "The Best Ability is Availiabilty"
Summary
MM likely #2/#3 QB; run game strong; Jesse Legree "game changer" potential; TJ Crandall expected big impact; Brumfield best special teams coach Macintyre's worked with.
Had the chance to speak with a few of the coaches this past weekend...here are some rumblings:
- If games started today, it sounds like MM would be #2 or #3 on the QB depth chart.
- The run game should be VERY good this coming year.
- Coaches are VERY excited about Jesse Legree. He's got potential to be a "game changer."
- Coaches are expecting TJ Crandall to have a big impact this year.
- Special Teams will be GOOD. Coach Macintyre said Brumfield is the best ST coach he's ever been around.
