Utah QB Coach Ryan Gunderson: "You want the wild mustang to be a wild mustang"
Summary
New QB coach emphasizes progression and ball security over eliminating all mistakes—different philosophy than predecessor.
A couple of thoughts, one don't make a bad play worse. If it doesn't fit our offense then they don't need to work on it. He sounds like a smart guy. I hope we see an improvement in the progression, of the passing game. I love that he didn't say don't turn the ball over. Take care of it but don't worry about making a mistake. he didn’t say that, but that’s how I read into it a lot different from that other guy that used to be here.
