Or are they sharp, focused, efficient sessions like Cu... show more They are pretty similar in length and structure, with each practice being divided up into periods and a set game plan for what should be happening in those periods. Keep in mind, we've seen one full practice in thud gear and 1/3 of a practice in full pads, where they only did about 20 plays at most worth of 1:1 scrimmage work. They work efficiently and get a lot in during those times, but it's hard to say where the current philosophy lies on the spectrum between the days of "Bloody Tuesday" and Cignetti's "Less is More approach. There is a fine line between being physical so you can be prepared to play at full speed and limiting contact to avoid injuries. I haven't seen where Scalley falls on that line. Nor have I seen what player recovery looks like.
