I hope he steps it up... show more Somewhat hard to say how much Demond grows, offensive line was outmatched at times and defense has more continuity and talent so his ability might not show up in practice. Accuracy on the run is his biggest area of needed growth, I’ve never seen a mobile qb as fast as Demond struggles throwing on the run but is really good in the pocket usually it’s the other way around.
