Danny - Addition of a Football GM
Summary
Football GM layer between coach/players helps reduce money-driven playing time decisions via NIL.
I think it’s good to have a layer in between the coach and the players when it comes to NIL.
The last couple of years it seems like some guys were on the field just due to what they were being paid. With this move I hope it takes a little bit of the money influence out of playing time.
