The kickoff of Kansas State's 2026 football season is heading this way and to help fans prepare, GoPowercat presents New Old School, a new tune to capture the arrival of former K-State quarterback Collin Klein, aka Optimus Klein, aka the Honey Badger. The lyrics were written by GoPowercat's Tim Fitzgerald and after numerous attempts and altered AI prompts, the app Suno provided the AI-generated music in a Southern Rock/Bluegrass style that finally worked. Add a little train ambience and this little diddy was complete.
